Litigation
The conduct of litigation is an important part of Nielsen Nørager’s practice.
The firm’s advocates frequently appear before the District Courts, the High Courts and the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial Court, and regularly appear before the Supreme Court. Furthermore, the firm’s partners conduct cases before the European Court of Justice (Henrik Peytz) and the European Court of Human Rights (Eigil Lego Andersen). We frequently conduct arbitration cases or act as arbitrators.
We are very much aware of the possibilities of resolving disputes by negotiation, mediation or conciliation.
