Henrik Peytz assists companies with entering into all kinds of contracts and in the conduct of litigation.
In addition to this, Henrik Peytz advises both public and private undertakings on issues of competition law, procurement, state aids, marketing and matters involving public regulation (for example regulation of the media, food standards, radio, TV and telecommunications).
Henrik Peytz has a particular interest in EU law, and regularly brings cases concerning taxes and duties before the Danish tax authorities and courts, and the European Court of Justice.
Henrikik Peytz is top-ranked individually as Danish adviser in EU Competion law in Chambers Europe 2010.
Henrik Peytz was born in 1959 and qualified as a lawyer at University of Copenhagen in 1983.
