Together with Henrik Peytz, Lotte Hummelshøj is responsible for Nielsen Nørager's procurement and competition law group. Lotte Hummelshøj works with all types of competition and procurement law issues and has conducted a large number of cases before the Danish Public Procurement Complaints Board and the courts.
Lotte Hummelshøj advises on all stages of a procurement process, including the assessment of whether there is a duty to tender, the preparation of tender documents and the assessment of compliance and evaluation of tenders received. She assists with project management, contract drafting, questions of access to documents, as well as with the submission of tenders and quality assurance of tenders. Lotte Hummelshøj also provides advice on procurement law in connection with business transfers and privatizations.
Lotte Hummelshøj also has experience in advising on dominant companies' pricing and discount policies, merger control, distribution agreements, cartel and state aid cases.
Lotte Hummelshøj also provides advice on data protection law, marketing law and public law.
