In addition, we have an extensive competition law practice, where we assist in cases concerning the organization of price and discount structures, in cases concerning mergers and acquisitions, in cases concerning essential facilities and in cases concerning cartel rules. We offer assistance in conducting internal audits and compliance programs and assist in connection with dawn raids.

We conduct competition cases before the Danish competition authorities and assist in such cases before the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
